Cancellation Policy
This Booking fee will be for the studios used only. All Studio Booking Fees are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you are allowed to do so and reschedule no later than 24 hours of the initial scheduled booking time. We will change your appointment ONE TIME if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of your initial appointment. If you fail to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours you forfeit your initial Studio Booking Fee and you will need to purchase a new booking. Please also note that any deposits for services with our staffed engineers (photographers, producers, videographers, and technicians) for all packages are non-refundable. Once a package has started it is NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
